5 Job Applicant Types That Drive Interviewers Crazy
We have yet to explore job applicants who drive interviewer’s crazy. You know, the kind who acts overly confident and blows his chances of landing a job, or the one who talks so much the interviewer feels like he is the one being interviewed. These job applicants may not be top on the list to get a job, but they sure give interviewers a break from the interview process. Whether the interviewers go crazy in a good way or bad, one thing is for sure – these job applicants drive interviewers crazy.
Party Animal

‘Yo dude, I can drink till 5 and be at work by 7,’ if you hear this statement from a job applicant, you can quickly draw the conclusion that they are party animals. Party Animal is a job applicant who tries to stress the importance of partying and binge drinking as much as possible during an interview.
Signs of a party animal : you can smell alcohol as soon as they walk in
Interviewer : What is your biggest achievement?
Party Animal : I don’t remember much cause I am always so hammered. Ohh wait, I was drinking till 5 this morning and I am here at 9:30. That is my biggest achievement I can remember at this point. Impressed? I know!
Horn Dog

A horn dog is a job applicant who thinks the day starts and ends with sex. Every question the interviewer asks is somehow answered in an erotic way to draw interviewer’s attention. Although males are more dominant horn dogs in other sectors, when it comes to job applicants, females seem to outnumber the males .
Signs of a horn dog : cleavage exposure, sensual lip biting and playing with hair every 3-5 minutes.
Interviewer : Are you available on weekends?
Horn Dog : If I get the job I am available anytime you want (bites lips and winks at the interviewer)
Nervous Wreck

The first thing you will notice about these job applicants is they laugh at everything. Answer to each question starts out with an obnoxious laugh and you might be asked to excuse them for a quick run to the restroom. These applicants are referred to as Nervous Wreck since they tend to see interviewer as someone who is about to spell doom on them. These applicants are so nervous that some actually wet their pants.
Signs of a nervous wreck : nail biting, hysterical laughter before answering every question and wet pants in extreme cases
Interviewer : Why Should we hire you?
Scared Crow : (hysterical laugh) I am so freaking nervous…..can you repeat that again? Wait! You should hire me because….where is the restroom?
Momma’s Boy
These applicants have never left the nest. Often referred to as ‘Momma’s Boy’ , you can tell they are mostly males only. These applicants are quick to point out their educational and extra curricular activities. However, the only reason they want and need the job is so they can stay in the nest with momma.
Signs of a momma’s boy : looks manly but acts very feminine
Interviewer : What is your biggest achievement?
Momma’s Boy : I made mac and cheese yesterday and mom said it was great.
Perfect Wannabe

This relates to many job applicants. These job applicants constantly tell the interviewer they are perfect at everything. When asked if they ever had a challenging situation the answer usually is ‘nothing is challenging to me cause the word challenge doesn’t exist in my vocabulary.’
Signs of a perfect wannabe : Initial impression is good but as they go on rambling about what they can do, you will be able to tell they are wannabes.
Interviewer : What makes you an ideal candidate for this job?
Perfect Wannabe : I am da bomb. I am da man. I know I will get this job and you know it too.
Have you come across one of these job applicants, or are you one of them

Hello, I’ve been visiting your website for some time, and would like to to ask you a question if you don’t mind. I’m just starting out website and seeking ways to advertise my blog in Google, as I’ve been getting some profitable traffic from the search engines and want to strengthen it.I’ve been reading what this site says about link building and website promotion http://webmasters-tools.info/i/websitepromotion.php I was just wondering if other website owners in the same genre as us have been following it, and if you would recommend it? I would genuinely value your opinion, as I’m not sure whether to implement it. Thanks 8o)
