Now having solutions would presuppose that one also knows what those challenges are. Yet imagine, how powerful the interview presentation would be if one knew the challenges and had the solutions going into an interview. What kind of leg up would that give you?

In between they will grill you with the usual barrage of piercing questions, incalculable facial expressions, and awkward silences—you’re thanking them for the chance to win a job, not for the torture chamber that some job interviews turn out to be

Refresh your memory on what you’ve learned about the company during your research. If necessary, do some new research so that you are really up to date on the latest news and innovations about this particular company. Be careful to only read about this company so you don’t get the information mixed up while you are under pressure. It won’t impress anyone if you attribute something to them they know isn’t true.
