Position Description: As a FanBox Success Coach, you will be responsible for helping users of the social network by answering questions and guiding them on how to be successful through the platform.
The Success Coach team is currently comprised of people from over 30 different countries, so you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse and highly dedicated group of individuals.
Various tasks that your position will entail includes: interacting with our product members via email and chat, monitor notifications, identify and report on community trends, develop templates & FAQs, track feedback for product proposals, ensure members receive their cash out payments, review content to ensure they meet our Terms of Service, and assist with projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, the drive to grow, and the progressive mindset to help shape the team and product. This position is very hands-on and provides plenty of opportunity for growth.
This is a work-at-home position, with the vast majority of work done through email, Skype and FanBox’s trouble ticketing system. There are no sales or phone interaction involved.

Compensation: Pay is based on performance. On average, Success Coaches can earn between $500 to $5000 per month.
